facility as well as peripheral services such as virtual offices
and meeting room rentals. NY Venture Space has all-new innovative
design combining a lively, professional atmosphere with private
workspace. We offer high-speed Internet connectivity, reception,
kitchen area, 24/7 access and security, cleaning, on-site management,
and tended lobby. NY Venture Space is conveniently located
near New York City's largest transportation hubs such as the Port
Authority. Penn Station, and Grand Central Terminal. At NY
Venture Space, our mission is to provide tenants with a complete
and flexible office infrastructure so they can focus on business.

Confidentiality
Philosophy
At NYVentureSpace Inc., the privacy and security of your company's information are our highest priorities. We hold all information in the strictest confidence. Because of the volume of ideas that come to us, we do not sign non-disclosure agreements. Our policy on third party disclosure is simple: except as noted below, NYVentureSpace will not disclose any confidential information about you to third parties unless we are compelled to do so by law.
Submitting Information
Many companies and entrepreneurs are developing similar plans and ideas. We are actively working with numerous companies and entrepreneurs with plans and ideas directly related to the Internet, e-business, e-commerce, and wireless technology. You understand that another party may already have submitted your company's business model/plan/ideas to us. By submitting information to NYVentureSpace, you acknowledge that you are authorized to submit the information. You also acknowledge that you are not violating anyone's legal rights by submitting the information/plan/idea to us. Proceed to inquiry form.
Submitting information to us does not mean we are committed to providing any resources or services to the company or the idea. NYVentureSpace reserves the right to review only those companies and entrepreneurs that we believe fit our criteria for NYVentureSpace. We reserve the right to deny use of NYVentureSpace facilities to any applicant at our discretion.
Our Internal Use of Company Information
Internally, we use your information to process and respond to your requests, to communicate with you and to provide you with information regarding the products and services we make available to you. NYVentureSpace employees and contractors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and any misuse of information will be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination. Furthermore, member or applicant information at NYVentureSpace is made available to employees only on a need-to-know basis.
Our Affiliates and Providers
NYVentureSpace relies on third party affiliates to assist us in providing the services and products offered to you. Any affiliate or third party receiving personal information from NYVentureSpace will receive only the minimal amount of information necessary to support the services offered by NYVentureSpace and will be contractually obligated to preserve that information in confidence. Further, these affiliates will be contractually prohibited from using any information supplied to them for any purpose other than to support services offered at NYVentureSpace.
